
If you want to lose Fat, you’ll be familiar with the standard Fat loss advice of cutting out all the foods you love to eat, and exercising until you feel like you’re about to have a heart attack!
And of course you don’t want to do that!
Well, there is another option, and it’s actually more successful than the first one because nobody sticks at that!
Instead of making those big changes, just make small ones. That way they’re easier to stick to and you lose Fat easier.
Try eating one healthy snack a day instead of your usual crisps or chocolate. Have a yoghurt or a piece of fruit, or some nuts. Don’t change the rest of your meals for the day. Just try to change that one snack and see how it affects your waistline.
Then, before eating your main meals, drink a big glass of water, and make it as cold as possible. Don’t change what you actually eat for your meal, just drink the water first. What that does is it fills you so you’ll eat less of your main meal, which means less calories.
The other thing to try is to reduce your portion size by a quarter. Don’t change what you eat, just eat smaller portions of it. So, for example, if you go out to a burger place, order the child’s meal and you’ll still get your burger fix but with a whole lot less calories.
