Advertiser play on the ignorance of the masses who will desperately do anything to lose Fat, so they come up with such fluffy campaigns. Just don’t buy into it. come to think of it, how much money have you already lost on spending for such expensive “magic pills” that will melt your fat over night. Yeah, right. Set your goals realistically and don’t set apart. Keep your mind focused on doing the small things throughout the day, while all the time seeing the big picture of a realistic Fat loss long term lifestyle changing program.
