You should not use a busy life as an excuse not to exercise. There are very simple ways to add more exercise into your life. It is not necessary to hit the gym for hours each week to lose Fat and to maintain a healthy Fat.

One thing that you should keep in mind when trying to lose Fat is that your daily exercise routine does not need to all come at once. Too many people believe that if you need to exercise for 30 minutes each day that all 30 minutes need to come at once. Research has shown that this is not the case. If you break your exercise routine into 3 ten minute sessions, you will still accomplish what you need to accomplish. This means you can take a few minutes to exercise throughout your day.

· Stop taking the easy route so that you can add more exercise to your day. That means you should not look for the closest parking spot at work. You should not drive from store entrance to store entrance but rather should walk the length of the mall or shopping center.

· Take the stairs whenever possible rather than using elevators and escalators.

· Do some exercise right from your desk at work. You can do leg rises while sitting at your desk. Take a small set of dumbbells with you to use while sitting in your office.

Get up and do some running in place a few times during the day. You can even stand up and do some jumping jacks while you are at your desk.

If you have enough room in your office or workspace, you can even do some sit-ups and push-ups while at the office.

· It is not difficult at all to get in some extra throughout your day even if you are pressed for time or simply are not someone who really likes to exercise all that much.
