
If you’ll follow the 3 steps I’m going give you here, I can guarantee that you will lose Fat. In fact, if you fail to lose Fat, you can trace it back to one of these three steps.
One, you have to really want this. If it’s not a deep desire of yours, then you are going to fail. Only if you really want this can it happen. I mean, what’s more important to you, a pint of ice cream, or being a more comfortable Fat? Once you decide that, then you can go forward and succeed.
On the other hand, if you’re sure you want the ice cream (or whatever more), then fine. Just don’t lie to yourself and say you want to lose Fat so bad, when you really aren’t commuted. Why put yourself through that?
Two, make it easier on yourself. In other words, get rid of the processed foods in your house. Whatever plan it is that you are going to use to help you lose Fat, support yourself. Get the right foods in your house and get the wrong foods out of your house.
Otherwise, we know we are all weak, and you are just setting yourself up for failure.
Three, be accountable. Find someone close to you to talk with you, support you, and be tough with you. You’re going to need it because you’re diet won’t be done in just 3 days. This takes time, and you’re going to need help staying on course.
