It does not require you to go to the gym daily nor purchase some expensive equipment you see in the television advertisements just for you to exercise. Sometimes the simplicity of walking for 20-30 minutes each day will make you lose nearly 100 calories and with proper nutrition you will be able to cut some Fat in a steady pace.
3 – Maintain a healthy diet
Did you know that eating apples or pears before every meal will make you lose Fat by making your stomach full? Yes, eating these kinds of fruits will somehow create an illusion that you are already satiated and therefore it will make you eat less. This is the reason why you need to consume a lot of fruits when you are dieting especially apples and pears. Also, eating lean protein will make you burn more calories than you consume.
