With the New Year approaching there are many people looking for Fat loss either to appear sexy or for wedding or to control diabetes or to feel more energetic and many other reasons.

Reasons may be many, but it is unfortunate that every new year people try harsh diets, a strict exercise regimen that results in injuries, extreme fasting that makes them weak or other Fat loss programs that seldom produce any results.

You see most of these Fat loss methods don’t work for the simple reason that they are difficult to follow for long and not enjoyable. In sports it is often said – enjoy your game to produce the best results. This applies to Fat loss also. When you impose new rules and regulations that you don’t really like, then there is every chance of you breaking the rules or not following it after sometime.

But imagine if you can find out fat loss ways that are very natural and can be accommodated into your day to day life with very little modifications, wouldn’t that be nice? This is surely possible if you think out of the box. However to make your job simple here are some simple tips that you can incorporate easily into your daily routine and still enjoy it!

Tip #1 – Walking – Can you reserve 20-30 minutes everyday for a leisurely stroll that you can enjoy? Else, can you take out time during the breaks at office and take a mini stroll inside the office itself? Park your car at the extreme end of the parking so that you can walk some distance.

Tip #2 – Stairs – If you live in a high rise building or if you work in a high rise building it is a good idea to take the stairs once every day. This is an excellent way to burn some extra fat and calories for sure. Try it for a few days and you will enjoy it. When visiting your neighborhood store don’t look for a parking slot closest to the entry door. Rather park at the farthest point and walk a few steps. All this adds up when it comes to Fat loss!

Tip #3 – Moderation – You don’t have to totally cut down your favorite foods in order to lose Fat. The key here is moderation. Having a mix of all food types – proteins, carbs and fats will help to provide the body all the nutrients to keep the metabolism high and burn more calories. Have moderate quantities and go for complex carbohydrates and non trans fat food items. Limit consumption of processed sugar.

Tip #4 – Eating out – If you are on a Fat loss program it does not mean you cannot eat out. However you need to eat smart. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables. Keep yourself involved in conversations and chats. Limit consumption of sodas. If possible try to eat something before you go to parties. This will drastically cut down your intake during parties.

Tip 5# – Outdoor activities – You don’t require expensive gym equipment at home to make Fat loss an enjoyable journey. You can sprint or try cycling or hill climbing. All these exercises can be done with high intensity to give excellent results. In fact hill climbing or swimming can be a lot of fun. Try some team games in the swimming pool to make it more enjoyable.
