Many women want to have ideal body with diet. Not a few women who are trapped in a wrong way of diet, so the results are not satisfactory.
Winners WRP Sure You Can Do! Challenge, Ira Lathief (Weight Loss Challenge category), and Minda Sari (category Body Shape Challenge), sharing his experience to the Compass Female some time ago.
1. Focus on the goal of keeping me motivated more
The initial purpose of influencing the success of the diet. Ira for example, being overweight (60 kg, height 153 cm) makes it always mistaken for being pregnant. 2. Change your mindset

3. Changing patterns and lifestyles
Of course, the formulation of a healthy diet is to regulate diet and regular exercise. Then what about execution?
Ira is the focus of weight loss, underwent two hours of exercise per day for five days a week at the gym. His chosen sport is the exercise bike (stationary bike) and a treadmill, one hour each.
While Minda who want to form the body, regularly visit the gym five days a week. Options workouts, 30 minutes of cardio (for heating), one hour with a personal trainer referral, and 30 minutes back end with cardio exercises.
4. Organize and maintain your diet

Ira pointed out, he had a fitness program in one of the gym for seven months, but did not give maximum results because he did not keep eating.

Ira managed to lose weight from 60 kg to 55kg, with muscle mass increased by 1 kg for two months. The trick, transformed with the familiar pattern of eating five meals:
* At 7:00, ate breakfast with a low-fat milk nutrition to the diet.
* At 10:00, a snack with fruit or a special health food diet.
* At 12:00, lunch as much as 700 calories, such as rice, fish, vegetables, fruit, and reduce fried.
* At 16:00, the same as the morning snack.
* At 19:00, dinner was replaced with low-fat milk nutrition to the diet. Can also be replaced with fresh vegetables such as capcay.
While Minda consistent set diet for two months to admit managed to make her body more fit. Minda focus is to shape the body, meaning that total calorie intake should be maintained total of 1700 calories per day:
* At 7:00, breakfast with whole meal bread and jam, a total of 340 calories.
* At 10:00, a snack with fruit or a special health food diet, 120 calories.
* At 12:00 to 13:00, lunch as much as 740 calories.
* At 16:00, the same as the morning snack, 120 calories.
* At 19:00, dinner with a menu but the standard 380-calorie limit.
5. Saturation juggle with creativity
A healthy diet needs a strong commitment because a lot of temptation to attack. Ira and Minda often feel saturated with new changing lifestyle habits. But boredom is not a reason to beat yourself. They tried to get around without disturbing the saturation of the diet.
While Minda change the milk in other forms such as pudding or gelatin mixed with fresh milk flavor. The combination of fruits also becomes another way to taste of healthy food to stay awake.
6. Support groups
Join the community or find a partner that supports each other is important to the diet. So, join in a wide selection of communities or groups who live healthy lifestyles. You certainly need the support and source of inspiration to feel not alone undergo long-term commitment or not?
