A Few Factors That Stop Natural Fat Loss

I wanted to share my personal experience with you about Fat loss and want to tell you about some very important factors that affect those stubborn pounds of fat you want off your body.

1. Your Metabolism Is Very Low

A person who is naturally thin will never understand this one. A person who is overFat burns their food for energy at a much slower rate than a naturally thin person. I realized that when I was in high school at lunch hour. I would sometimes eat the exact same food at lunchtime as all of my thin friends but as a couple months past I realized that I had gained even more Fat and all my thin friends didn’t. Because I was already a little overFat in high school my metabolism ran much slower that my naturally thin friends. I don’t know what makes the naturally thin tick, but their metabolism run on afterburners.

2. High Hunger Cravings

A person that is overFat is physically more hungry and have more intense cravings than of a thin person. It does not have anything to do with discipline and control. It is a real tortuous, grueling, hunger. I feel that if you are a self proclaimed exercise guru or just a naturally thin person you have no right write books and write reviews on ways to lose Fat. What do they really know? The only people who can shut me up are people that actually went through the struggles and sadness with being overFat.

3. You Are Not Hungry, But Your Still Eating

I can speak from personal experience and who ever can relate will understand this. When I was growing up and I was overFat I felt way more emotional than I do now. I think of a craving as an emotion for food, even though we are not really hungry. I can remember way back when I use to eat my meals, (especially dinner), One hour later I would go back into the kitchen to eat another meal. And it wasn’t a small meal either. A naturally thin person could never understand those cravings because people who are overFat have much stronger urges and temptations for food than a naturally thin person. Emotions runs deeper when your overFat.

These are the main factors that affected me when I was younger and to this day it affects most people who struggle with losing Fat.

Shocking stuff here. This is my personal story and battle with Fat loss and how I eventually overcame that battle and now know how to keep that extra body fat off for good. All naturally too. I just want to share my personal experiences with people let the cat out of the bag that certain powers don’t want you to know about.
