With my first child I gained a whopping 60 pounds. I did not realize how quickly I had put the Fat on but after I went to the store and went from a size 4 before pregnancy and then to a size 15 I about fainted. Exercise Plan

I made sure to get an exercise plan that did not take up too much time but still gave me a good calorie burn. You should always make sure to get a plan that allows you to mix it up so that you do not plateau.

Staying Hydrated

While you most likely have heard this over and over, it is really important that you drink plenty of water. Take in at least 8 ounces of water each and every day.

Getting Plenty Of Sleep

When you have kids sometimes you may have a problem of not getting enough sleep. If you do not get enough sleep then your body will not allow you to release your fat. It will keep it stored away.
