I have kept this secret for many years but I decided that it was high time I revealed how you can eat all you want and still lose Fat. No, it is not impossible! And now you are maybe thinking about vomiting everything you ate in the toilet- nothing like that. By the way, that practice is extremely harmful for you and your body and could be the reason you become anorexic or bulimic. I would never recommended that to anyone, I’d rather forbid it!

However, the only people who are slim although they eat all they want are not only anorexic or bulimic. My researches and experiments show that there people who have the genetically inheritance to be slim and the reason for that is their extremely fast metabolism which allows the body to burn all calories without any efforts. Unfortunately, I cannot change your genes as you live with them until your death, and nothing is able to change them.

But what could you do then? Genes is not a thing depending on you, then how to lose Fat but still eat all you want. Here is the moment of truth when you will learn the secret I am going to reveal. It is called “self-discipline”. You can eat absolutely everything you want (without any exceptions) but you have to stop eating as soon as you are not hungry any more. Do you really think you stop when you get sated? Come on, we both know it is not true! All patients I have had and all people I have helped had this problem because they were glutton. I could see that they only stopped eating food when it is over or when they cannot take it any more.

I am sure that 99.9% of the over-weighed people do the same thing without even realizing it. I also did but when I realized that 50% of the food I consumed was not because I was hungry but because I wanted something tasty. Then, I said to myself: “You will only eat when you need food, and you will stop when you are sated”! You should do the same.

However, before getting rid of my problem with the too-much food, I had to solve another problem which I had not even realized is so serious. It is the fast eating! I used to eat very quickly and my body could not react to the food it gets so fast. That is why, I might have taken more food than I need in the first 5 minutes but I still haven’t gotten the feeling of satiation. And I continue eating and then I suddenly realize how much food I ate and could not even get up from the chair.

Once again, I am sure you have the same problem as the gluttony and fast-eating go hand-in-hand. You just need to follow my example and start eating at least 20 minutes so that your body will be able to “tell” you that it is sate as soon as it really is, not 20 minutes later when you consumed twice more food.
