The Fat problem in the U.K and U.S is getting out of control. ‘In the U.K in 2001, 23% of women and 21% of men were obese, and more than 50% of the population were overFat or obese. 45% of American women and 30% of American men are, at any given time, trying to lose Fat.
In the U.K, more than 25% of people are constantly on a diet. Nearly one in three American adults is overFat, up from roughly one in four just 10 years ago. Nearly half of overFat Americans are officially obese.
The amount of people in the U.K whose health is at risk due to extra Fat has increased four-fold in the last 25 years.

Have I got your attention? The figures above haven’t decreased to these numbers over recent years, they have increased! The epidemic we are facing is threatening to become one of the biggest problems the human race has faced…ever!
With this escalating challenge, we can see an escalation in people’s desperation to deal with it. This is where the pharmaceutical companies see a niche and exploit it. Over the past 10 years there has been an explosion of Fat loss drugs pour into the market.
Ridiculous answers to a problem that is only solved long term with methods that hit the far end of the scale from drugs.

Losing Fat Is A Lot Easier Than Your Past Efforts Have Shown You! And taking DRUGS prescribed by your Doctor is not a solution.
Are you still with me? Great. Well, before you disregard my last statement, let me explain the 3 steps you MUST take to lose Fat healthily, quickly and permanently, so that you can take control of your life and never be afraid of the mirror, beach and pool again.
The most important, and understated, area of focus to lose Fat and keep it off is your psychology. When I coach people to their Fat loss goals, I first help them become crystal clear on what they want and why they want it.
Once you become clear on what you want and tap into your big juicy reasons for getting there, the path can be laid out. But here’s the next part, you have to clear the blockages on the path.
Whenever you decide to do something which requires a change, growth or forward movement in your life, you will encounter challenges. Moving towards what you want comes with challenges whether you like it or not.
These challenges come in the forms of limiting beliefs, doubts, fears and insecurities that destroy your success like a sniper picking off the advancing soldiers one by one. Once you have decided which path you are taking you must then get ready to break-through the fears, doubts, worries and limiting beliefs that are standing in your way.
The second area of focus is one I’m sure you have studied a lot, it’s what you are eating and drinking. Unfortunately, the standard diet requires that you ‘count calories’ and fill yourself up with foods that are bad for you and will keep you fat!
And when it comes to losing Fat through what we ingest, drinking lots of good quality water becomes one of the most important overall factors to consider. I have only seen 2-3 diets in 20 years that have advocated enough quantity and quality of water to the Fat loss seeker.
And thirdly we have good old exercise. Studies show that the people who are living long, slim and healthy lives are, when it comes to exercise, the people who have naturally active lifestyles. They have daily routines that require gentle but almost constant movement and when they do exercise more vigorously it tends to be doing something they LOVE TO DO!
So, if you are overFat and desperate for a change, please do yourself a favour and ignore the prescribed drugs. Turn instead to the simple practices you have available to you right now.
Also, find someone who cares about you and your health who will help you create your Fat loss naturally and permanently, instead of the monstrous money making machine that is the pharmaceutical world and their sales representatives who often go by the title of Doctor.
