Here’s the thing. Your body is amazingly good a holding your Fat steady. Think about it. Some days you eat more. Other days you eat less. Some days you have many more calories.

Yet through all that, you are just about the same Fat. That’s your body doing it’s amazing work. Now here’s the twist, when you actively cut calories, you will lose Fat (I know because I’ve done it).

But your body will tell you it’s hungry. Why? It’s not really hungry. Most likely you were over feeding yourself before. So why this hungry feeling?

Your body is trying to maintain it’s Fat. Even if you’re overFat, your body knows what it was and wants to keep it there. So you actively reducing your intake causes your body to complain.

The thing is, you need to recognize that your body isn’t hungry and that you can make it through this feeling for the Fat loss. If you do this for better than a month, you will lose Fat. Not only will you lose Fat, but you’ll feel so much better.

So what are some tips to doing this effectively?

1) Eat slower. When you do eat (and you’re eating less), really enjoy each bite. Think about it and experience it when eating it.

2) Drink water. When you feel hungry and it’s not time yet to partake, you need to drink. Granted this will cause your intake of water to go way up, but this is good for you. Water will reduce your hunger.
