In the above example The Compliance Rule is about 90% with 10% “fudge room.”

This gives you a very healthy and sustainable Fat loss plan without having to be super strict. Or you can adjust The Compliance Rule to suit your own needs better… For example your Compliance Rule could be more at around 80% with about 28 meals healthy and the rest “free meals.” The point isn’t to get caught up in the math or the percentage…
