First off, lie comfortably on your back and lace your fingers behind your head. Slowly bring your knees in towards your chest and lift your shoulder blades off the ground. (Try and do this without pulling on your neck.) Next, you want to straighten your left leg out while simultaneously turning your upper body to the right, and bringing your left elbow towards your right knee.

Then, switch sides and repeat the above step, only this time, you’ll be bringing your right elbow towards your left knee. Continue alternating sides in a ‘bicycle pedaling’ motion for at least 16 reps.
