Tell your server person to forget about the breadbasket. If you can avoid eating bread you will be saving yourself from consuming so many unnecessary calories that contain no nutrition at all but they will definitely contribute to the fat deposits all your belly, hips, buttocks and thighs.

Forget about drinking alcoholic beverages and a soda. These too have far too many calories and will increase the jiggle when you walk and not in a good way. Instead drink a nice cold glass of water with lemon and you can even add a sugar replacement for sweetener to give it a little more taste.

Order a huge salad topped with tons of vegetables. If you are extremely hungry order two salads. For the salad dressing avoid the cream and cheese dressing. Try an oil and vinegar dressing and add spices like oregano, etc…

Now for your main dish order a lean piece of meat, chicken or fish preferably grilled and definitely not in a cream sauce or any other calorie dense dressing. Of course as a side dish you should request a multitude of vegetables that are seasoned with a multitude delicious spices but definitely not butter.

Take the time to slow down and enjoy this meal. Savor each and every bite and mouthful and chew slowly. Allow your body time to digest the food.

For dessert eat whatever type of fresh fruit that they are serving.

Finish off the meal with a nice cup of hot tea with lemon.
