
To lose Christmas Fat you need a plan, a partner, and the desire to succeed. There are many Fat loss programs out there, but with continued research and studies, new and improved methods, philosophies, and strategies arise all the time. As I’ve researched the plans and information available, I picked one that I felt would help me reach my goal.
I felt I needed a guide or a plan to help me lose Christmas Fat. I wanted a day by day, a week by week strategy of what to do, how to do, and when to do it. Along with the reasons for doing it.
I learned that one of the main reasons why traditional diets have such a low success rate is that our bodies will go into starvation mode when we limit our calorie intake by dieting. Not to be confused with healthy eating. A weekly plan of what to do in the seven day period. Not, a daily plan of what to do in a 24 hour period.
Anytime you reach for a goal or try to achieve something, you will always be more successful with a partner or buddy that knows what you are doing. It will be a real incentive if this other person is trying to achieve the same goal as you, to Lose Christmas Fat.
Like anything in life we do, if we want success, we can have success. Set your mindset to be positive and think and feel of the end result. 20 Pounds lighter, flatter belly, tighter buns and so on.
