For nutrition, you need to get rid of all those high fat foods, and start focusing on a plan for a balance of proteins, fresh vegetables and fruits, and some carbohydrates to fuel your body.

When you get all of these factors working in harmony, the changes will be rapid, dramatic, and impressive. You can have a completely transformed body in a matter of a few months.
