Finally, here is the last tip. In order to prevent your metabolism from blocking himself – and therefore, you would not lose Fat anymore -, you will have to take each week a day off. In this day, you are allowed to whatever you want. Don’t worry! You won’t get fat at all. This way, your body will be “cheated” and he won’t block himself. It will keep burning fat tissue – an therefore, we will lose fat tissue, without losing Fat -, and this is what we all desire, while we are on diet. Right?
