diet fat loss tips

As always, exercise and diet go hand-in-hand, so I am assuming you are serious about your diet. Having said that we all know people who eat all the wrong things seemingly and still look good. Professional athletes and hard core gym junkies are good examples here. They may have the mindset that calories are calories and that is that. Stated briefly, if you eat badly, but do some exercise you should be better off. The experts will tell us that aerobic fitness, meaning to elevate your heart rate in a systematic way, is best achieved with sessions from 20 to 60 minutes. Any more or any less will be counter-productive. Multiply that by three sessions per week, and you can see that is only ONE HOUR of 168 minutes over one week. The first exercise is simply marching on the spot. Do not be fooled by the simplicity of this workout, and don’t think that you have to hurt yourself to get any gains every time you have a workout. Be wise, be disciplined and everything in your life will be affected positively.

In future articles I will mention more elaborate setups, but be assured, if you have stopped exercising or have never exercised, this simplest of routines will have an effect. You will need some discipline, but do this for six weeks, without fail and then check your Fat. Be honest and firm with yourself and the results will flow.

As we always say, if you are embarking on any changes to your lifestyle, such as diet or exercise, be smart and get a checkup from your local doctor first.
