Are you busy? Do you Hate going to the gym? Are you still looking for a way to lose Fat? Then you will love this guide.
How to Lose Fat and Keep It Off
We’re going to break it down into two phases: First is getting rid of the Fat. Second, is keeping the Fat off.
Losing the Fat — We’ll be focusing on two different types of exercises to lose Fat. First, is Hindu Squats (or just regular squats). These are squats that you perform without any of the heavy Fats that you’d find at the gym. Do these squats as fast as possible. This is going to be pretty challenging in the beginning, but you can eventually work up to doing one hundred squats in under five minutes. Doing 100 of these squats is a lot easier said than done. You will probably hate this exercise a lot, but you’ll stick to it because you’ll love how you just lose that Fat so fast! Don’t give up and you’ll observe results in around 10 days.
For the second exercise, you’ll simply need to jump on a trampoline. Bouncing on a trampoline might seem a bit silly, but you’ll love how it tones up your core. My psychology professor at university did this every afternoon and swore by it. For the longest time, I just brushed this off as something silly, but once you give it a fair chance, you’ll never go back. It won’t take a lot of time either. You can get good results by only doing it for a couple of minutes a few times each day. This is something you can easily do during commercial breaks when you’re watching television. This lets you watch as much TV as you’d like without feeling like a lazy couch potato.
Keeping the Fat Off — For the second part of this guide, we’ll cover how to keep that Fat from slowing creeping back on your body.
Fortunately this part isn’t that complicated. The only thing you really need to do is take walks often. Walking is perfect for keeping your body in balance and guaranteeing that the Fat stays off for good. Take the car less when your doing your errands and just walk a little more. This gives you the benefit of getting exercise and get everything done simultaneously. Or if you don’t live somewhere where it’s easy to walk everywhere like in the suburbs, just go on a walk around your neighborhood before bed. Aside from helping you manage your Fat, you’ll get some nice refreshing air to help you sleep better at night.
So if you just can’t spare the time to squeeze in a full workout at the gym, this is what you should do to lose the Fat permanently. Try to do this consistently for a few weeks and give a good try. Although this strategy is quite simple, don’t be fooled. It is quite effective if you follow through on it everyday. So try to do the squats, the bouncing, and the walks each day and you might be surprised at how fast all this can be.
