Need to Lose Fat Before Your Wedding Or Some Other Important Date in Your Life?

We all know that our “Wedding Day” is probably the most important days of our lives. We want to look good on that day because we understand that we will be reliving that one day as long as we live through pictures, movies and our own memories. On your wedding day of course you want to look the best you can possibly look. If you have a few extra pounds hanging around that will not be possible. But, if you have a few weeks to work on getting about 10 to 15 pounds off, it is possible. If you are willing to put in the work necessary that is. These are the pictures that you will be showing to people for the rest of your life. You want these pictures to look good.

The power of the mind is an amazing thing to have control of, if you can imagine it then it can be done. Imagine yourself looking like that beautiful bride you have always dreamt of being and start to working on being that same person. Work on your diet, eat better foods for the purpose that you are working towards and exercise daily. Walk to as many places that you go as possible instead of driving your car.

There is a little hill out back of my house that I walk with my Grand Childrens and when we are finished it really feels good. Just that little bit of strenuous activity helps to achieve your end goal, which is to lose Fat.

Of course if you are trying to lose 15 lbs. common sense says that you cannot eat greasy, fatty foods. So use common sense. Eating low calorie foods can help but be sure that you are getting the right amount of calories for your daily intake of food. Your body need calories to remain healthy and strong. High fiber foods such as vegetables, fruits, beans and greens helps the body flush out fat and hold on to the nutrients needed for healthy living. And also they provide calories for strong muscles growth.

Remember too that it’s you that will have to be pleased with the end results, no one else. If you are happy, then everyone else must be happy. Please “you” first and foremost. You might ask for say, a friends opinion. But, if it doesn’t coincide with your own, then by all means go with yours. Happiness is yours for the taking.
