This means that all of it turns to fat if it isn’t burned off. In addition to what you eat, you need to pay attention to what you burn. You’re not going to suddenly turn thin as you sit on the couch and cut back on the bad foods. Your body needs to be stimulated, as all physical activity contributes to calories burned. The more you’re moving around and the more vigorously you’re doing this, the more you’ll burn in the process.
