<p>There are a lot of Moms that are discouraged and humiliated because they have not been able to lose Fat after having a baby. They may be asking can I lose Fat after having a baby? Maybe you have felt like it is too late for losing baby Fat, you think just because it has it has been a while since you had the baby that your body will not want to let go of the Fat. Allow me to tell you why this is not true and some things that you can do to help yourself that extra Fat that you are caring around.<span id="more-1720"></span></p>
<p>With my first child I gained a whopping 60 pounds. I did not realize how quickly I had put the Fat on but after I went to the store and went from a size 4 before pregnancy and then to a size 15 I about fainted. At that time I did not feel like I had the time to work out or to eat right so I just let the Fat go. Finally my Fat settled down and would not budge. I was at about 15 pounds higher than I wanted to be. I was not sure what I should do and I was quite upset. I thought that since I had not worked hard to get the Fat off right away that I would not be able to get the Fat off at all.</p>
<p>So what did I do to get the Fat off? Believe it or not but it was more simple than I had thought and here is how I did it.</p>
<p>Exercise Plan</p>
<p>I made sure to get an exercise plan that did not take up too much time but still gave me a good calorie burn. You should always make sure to get a plan that allows you to mix it up so that you do not plateau.</p>
<p>Staying Hydrated</p>
<p>While you most likely have heard this over and over, it is really important that you drink plenty of water. Take in at least 8 ounces of water each and every day.</p>
<p>Getting Plenty Of Sleep</p>
<p>When you have kids sometimes you may have a problem of not getting enough sleep. If you do not get enough sleep then your body will not allow you to release your fat. It will keep it stored away.</p>

<p>The fact is that a lot of Americans are on the large side. One of the main problems for being over Fat is our busy work schedules, so it is a bit hard to live our busy life styles and stick to a diet.</p>
<p>Well not to worry to much I have some advice that should get you on your way to lose all those unwanted pounds, you know those love handles that you have been wanting to get rid of for the last three years but never got round to it.<span id="more-1355"></span></p>
<p>The first powerful thing is to always exercise on an empty stomach. To achieve this in your schedule just get up ten minuets earlier than usual and walk round the block once or twice three times a week. Just ten minutes will burn off some of that stored up fat.</p>
<p>The second most useful tip is quite simple really and it is this, stop eating late night snacks. If you can don&#8217;t eat anything three hours before you go to sleep. You won&#8217;t be storing up any over night fat and you will be pleasantly surprised at the results.</p>
<p>Tip three I suggest that you eat at least five to six small meals day because your metabolism need regular fuel to burn that fat. The reason that you should eat five small meals a day is so that your bodies metabolism speeds up. The higher your metabolism the more your body burns fat.</p>
<p>Last but not least cut down on the amount of carbohydrates that you consume. Trust me this will make a huge difference in how quickly you lose Fat. So basically that means you need to stop eating things like breads and other starchy foods. When you cut down and stop eating these types of foods you will see the difference when you next step on the scales.</p>
<p>As you can see dieting is not really that hard just follow the tips that I have given you and you will lose Fat in no time at all</p>

<p>Many who regularly workout, and many more who have tried to workout but have thrown in the towel due to disappointing results, harbor great distain for treadmills, elliptical, and stationary bikes of all varieties and makes. After all, who wants to spend almost an hour enduring such extreme monotony while listening to the same songs on our mp3 player that we once loved but now hate (somehow, I&#8217;ve managed to become sick of over 1,000 on my mp3 player; what ambition!). Well, the good news is that you can get better results from your cardio workouts in less time and reduce your level of boredom through what is called HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).<span id="more-1282"></span></p>
<p>Notice I did not say HIIT would necessarily be easier; so if you are the type of person who performs their cardio armed with a gossip magazine or a cell phone, this approach probably is not for you. This form of exercise, however, is simple and easy to learn. The foundation for HIIT&#8217;s effectiveness is its alternating bursts of high intensity cardio paired with low intensity cardio.</p>
<p>For starters, when executed properly, HIIT is extremely efficient in the way of burning calories, which of course will significantly cut your workout time down. Furthermore, HIIT allows you to burn more calories out of the gym as well which is a result of the bouts of high intensity which does two things. One, it increases the amount of energy your body will use to recover following the workout. The second way HIIT effectively consumes calories out of the gym is through burning not only fat, but also tapping into your glycogen storages (where carbohydrates used for energy are stored). Therefore, subsequent meals will be used to replenish the depleted glycogen reserves instead of turning into fat. Low intensity cardio simply does not provide this benefit.</p>
<p>As with all cardio programs, staying within the 60-90% zone of your target heart rate range is critical to your fat burning efficiency. HIIT does not need to be overcomplicated, the main principal is to stay within 60-90% of your max heart rate and switch up intensities at least every 3 minutes but not more regularly than every 30 seconds. A very easy way to get your feet wet without overdoing it is to simply keep changing your speed (up/down) and intensity every two minutes.</p>
<p>Give HIIT a shot; if you stick with prehistoric steady state tactics to exercise you will simply find yourself running in circles (excuse the pun).</p>

<p>We all start out on our diets very eager to accomplish our goals of losing Fat. The first day you are so determined that you feel like there is nothing that can get in your way of losing the Fat. You feel that you have unyielding faith that this is it. There is nothing that will stop you but all this convincing in your head is made in the first couple of hours of your diet plan. The beginning is always great and it feels like you are on your way and but what happens when lunch comes and then the worst part of the day and that is late afternoon.<span id="more-1256"></span></p>
<p>Late afternoon is the cause of many of us breaking our diets. So what can you do to keep that feeling through the day and especially the time that scientists called the breaking point; late afternoon. Yes there have been research and it has been proven that there is a time of day that your body goes into a low energy point and it causes your brain to activate a need to nourish your body to give it the energy that it needs. You probably have felt a sluggish feeling and the need to take a nap.</p>
<p>To regain that late afternoon energy you need to be aware of what is going on. Do not let your body dictate for you what type of calories you should take in. First try to take about a 15-20 minute break about the time you know you feel sluggish. There is good reason some call it a power nap. These naps will help you recuperate your energy to complete the rest of the day.</p>
<p>After napping take in some fresh air that will reconnect your brain with your body. Your brain will tell your body that is time to begin again. Stretch your arms and do some light walking and stretching. You can accomplish all this within a time frame of 20 minutes by taking a 15 minute nap and then get up to walk out while doing some stretching for a couple of minutes. On your way back to your office stretch some more and you will feel re-energized.</p>
<p>This activity of napping and stretching will help you to avoid using food to re-energize your body. Give your body food when it is actually hungry. Try to distinguish the difference between low energy and feeling hungry. If you are hungry have a fruit and that will help you until dinner time and it is known that fruits can help increase your metabolism.</p>

<p>1. Try changing up your diet with nutritional timing. Your body is very dynamic and by learning how to feed it better you can get the extra pounds to drop away. If this has been a frustration for you then I encourage you to keep exercising but add short burst of high intensity that really get your huffing and puffing for one to two minute intervals. These short burst stimulate your metabolism and your body becomes a more efficient fat burner for the entire day.</p>
