<p>A lot of people changed their eating habits due to their desire to lose Fat. However, most do not know that Fat reduction follows healthy eating.</p>
<p>Most of the diets don&#8217;t work and Fat loss happens only in the first few days, because of the loss of fluid and not fat. When we diet, we consume fewer calories which will result to the release of glycogen in our body to be used for energy. This glycogen is simply held in a water base which will result to loss of fluid however there is no body fat loss. Dieters usually experience a &#8220;plateau&#8221; after prolonged period of low food intake.<span id="more-721"></span></p>
<p>Some people who try one diet after another, called yo yo dieters, ends up frustrated, depressed, with low esteem and even with hormonal imbalance. This kind of diet disrupts the balance of hormones affecting into a slower metabolic rate. This therefore, slows down the release of glycogen which makes Fat loss impossible.<br />
Aside from diet itself, there are other factors that affect Fat loss. One is stress. During stress, Cortisol and DHEA are released. This imbalance of hormones encourages fat storage even when the person is experiencing starvation.</p>
<p>Another factor is allergies. When we develop intolerance to food sometimes, our body retains fluids to protect us which then results to Fat gain.<br />

<p>Making the right choices in your daily food intake is the key factor in Fat management. The nutrients in fresh or raw vegetables and fruits support the thyroid gland and maintain healthy metabolic rate. The fibre that they contain helps to remove excess fats from the body.</p>
<p>Essential fatty acids in oily fish, olive oil, nuts and seeds are vital for healthy Fat management. The fatty acids remove cellulite and fats from our body.</p>
<p>Create a daily diet that combines some protein with carbohydrate at each meal. This will maintain blood-sugar levels and prevent food cravings. Top it up with regular exercise or even a daily walk to your work. Make a commitment to yourself to achieve a healthy new you.</p>
