<p>Let&#8217;s just make one thing clear at the outset. The reason why I&#8217;m against most lose Fat diets is that it also generates unwanted stress, both psychologically and biologically and that is why most people fail at restrictive diet programs.</p>
<p>So you got to address the stress problem first because it is a major contributing factor to Fat gain through cortisol. As said earlier, it is a disruption in a very important rhythm or cycle which impacts on the way your body utilizes glucose derived from carbohydrates.</p>
<p>One of the most effective stress management techniques is exercise and it has been shown that it reduces levels of cortisol. It also prevents, and is used to treat life threatening conditions such as hypertension or high blood pressure, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, depression, insomnia and obesity.</p>
<p>As all the above conditions can also be connected to high cortisol levels and thus stress, we will address exercise first as part of our &#8220;Lose Fat Diets&#8221; series.</p>
<p>The best proven exercise routine is interval training. So I can hear you ask: &#8220;What the heck is interval training?&#8221; Interval training is a way to do cardiovascular exercises that is simple and easy to do without using a lot of equipment.</p>
<p>If you have access to a road bike, stationary bike, a treadmill, an open road to go jogging or you love swimming, you have what you need. The most basic program is as follows:</p>
<p>1. 3 to 5 Minutes low intensity warm-up (jogging, cycling, power walking or whatever your choice of cardiovascular exercise).<br />
2. 1 Minute of moderate to high intensity exercise depending on your level of fitness (higher is more effective).<br />
3. 1 Minute low intensity recovery and I mean slowing down to a crawl. It is very important to your success to recover in that period.<br />
4. Repeat the above 6 to 8 times.<br />
5. 3 to 5 minutes low intensity cool down and that is it.</p>
<p>Try and do this for 20 to 30 minutes a day, six days a week combined with a healthy eating plan which we will discuss next in the series on lose Fat diets.</p>
<p>Please remember, and this is very important, to always get a checkup by a physician before embarking on any kind of exercise or diet program.</p>

<p>The holiday season is behind us but besides leaving us a little bit lighter on the wallet, for many of us, it has left us pretty heavy around our waist line. It is said that between Thanksgiving and New Year&#8217;s Day, a person can gain up to 15 pounds from all those office parties, excess drinking and over eating, plus, it becomes pretty easy to skip our time in the gym because we all want to go shopping or spend time with family and friends. But now that all those celebrations are behind us, we really want to know how to lose Fat in 2 weeks and get back in shape or fit into those jeans that we like so much.<span id="more-2310"></span></p>
<p>It really doesn&#8217;t take much to lose Fat in just a couple of weeks. There are many diet programs that can help you lose up to 10 pounds in that amount of time. A few good examples of those types of diets are the South Beach Diet or the Detox Diet. You can combine any of these two with a good diet supplement like Maximum Acai Power or any other acai berry supplement and you will lose those extra pounds without much trouble.</p>

<p>There is a lot of information about Fat loss today. You can find plenty of materials in book stores, local pharmacies and internet, of course. In fact with the internet easily available, there is so called information overload. There are hundreds of thousands web sites as well as hundreds free or paid plans or programs you can choose from. At the end of a day you have no idea which one to chose. But that&#8217;s not the reason most people fail at all. Most programs work and it&#8217;s only people who fail to fallow the regime from a start to the end. The main problem people have is to stick to the plan and here comes the issue of goal setting.<br />

Many people don&#8217;t set any goals at all. They have a brief idea what they want to achieve and that&#8217;s it. No plan, no time frame&#8230; nothing. With that attitude there is no chance to achieve any kind of success in any area of life including Fat loss. Others set unattainable goals either in setting too strict time frames or aiming too high, or both. Along the road these people discover there would be a chance to get the results they were after. That results in them being dishearten and ditching their whole plan whatsoever.</p>
<p>The right way to do it is to set one final goal you want to achieve and set attainable time for it. If you have no idea how long would the Fat loss program take set rough estimation. You could always change it along the way slightly but don&#8217;t allow yourself to change the final date only because you are struggling to stick to your Fat loss plan.</p>
<p>Now, with the final goal in mind, divide it into smaller goals and set them in a timetable. That way you would be able to focus on a little goal at a time and you won&#8217;t be overwhelmed with the huge task in front of you. The other important thing here is to celebrate and prize yourself every time you achieve a small goal. That would keep you motivated.</p>
<p>The proper goal setting is a vital part on the way to have your dream Fat. If you would be able to stay motivated and focused on your goal there will be nothing on the way to your success.</p>
