This type of exercise is not for everyone, but if swimming happens to be one of your passions and you are really good at it, then by all means do it more often as it is an ideal exercise for losing Fat. <p>Dancing. You do not need to be a pro to enjoy dancing as a way to losing Fat. Exercises accompanied by some good music seem less tedious and more invigorating. Enroll in classes if you have time or simply execute those killer moves while you&#8217;re cleaning your room. Dancing actually helps you burn from 600 to 800 calories an hour.</p>

However, I&#8217;ll tell you right now: the problem doesn&#8217;t always boil down to overeating &#8211; and when it does, the food&#8217;s usually not the issue. Here&#8217;s what I&#8217;m really getting at:<span id="more-1497"></span></p>
<p>When it comes to Fat control, there are 6 key principles that can change your results in no time flat. This article will serve as a quick overview, while individual articles will follow about each key principle in depth.</p>
<p>The first principle is absolutely crucial: finding your ideal personal diet.</p>
<p>This is talking about the dietary lifestyle that works for you. Each individual has different caloric needs, different ratios of protein/fats/carbs to fulfill, and radically different personalities, likes and dislikes. <p>We all know that our &#8220;Wedding Day&#8221; is probably the most important days of our lives. We want to look good on that day because we understand that we will be reliving that one day as long as we live through pictures, movies and our own memories. On your wedding day of course you want to look the best you can possibly look. If you have a few extra pounds hanging around that will not be possible. But, if you have a few weeks to work on getting about 10 to 15 pounds off, it is possible. If you are willing to put in the work necessary that is. These are the pictures that you will be showing to people for the rest of your life. You want these pictures to look good.<span id="more-939"></span></p>
<p>The power of the mind is an amazing thing to have control of, if you can imagine it then it can be done. Imagine yourself looking like that beautiful bride you have always dreamt of being and start to working on being that same person. Work on your diet, eat better foods for the purpose that you are working towards and exercise daily. Walk to as many places that you go as possible instead of driving your car.</p>
<p>There is a little hill out back of my house that I walk with my Grand Childrens and when we are finished it really feels good. Just that little bit of strenuous activity helps to achieve your end goal, which is to lose Fat.</p>
<p>Of course if you are trying to lose 15 lbs. common sense says that you cannot eat greasy, fatty foods. So use common sense. Eating low calorie foods can help but be sure that you are getting the right amount of calories for your daily intake of food. Your body need calories to remain healthy and strong. High fiber foods such as vegetables, fruits, beans and greens helps the body flush out fat and hold on to the nutrients needed for healthy living. And also they provide calories for strong muscles growth.</p>
<p>Remember too that it&#8217;s you that will have to be pleased with the end results, no one else. If you are happy, then everyone else must be happy. Please &#8220;you&#8221; first and foremost. You might ask for say, a friends opinion. But, if it doesn&#8217;t coincide with your own, then by all means go with yours. Happiness is yours for the taking.</p>

Rapidly Quick fat Loss</p>
<p>1. The carbohydrate solution. I am not one to recommend living life without carbohydrates but you can lose fat more rapidly if you rearrange how you eat them. Feed your body carbs in the early half of the day when your energy needs are high but then avoid them in the evenings when your body does not need the extra energy and is more likely to convert them to fat. You will see a rapid drop in your fat when you get this working for you.</p>
<p>2. Don&#8217;t avoid fats. There are some good fats that actually help your body release fat. Make sure you are getting fat from fish, nuts, olive oil, canola oil or avocados or give yourself a daily dose of Omega-3 fat supplement.</p>
<p>3. Avoid spikes of insulin. When you eat refined carbohydrates your body releases a ton of insulin. When insulin is high your body more rapidly makes fat and more slowly burns fat.</p>
<p>4. Pump up your exercise. Get the most fat burning from your exercise by combining cardiovascular exercise with fat training. By spending a few minutes getting your heart and breathing rate elevated with cardio and then alternating to a few sets of fat lifting exercises you can increase your fat burning by as much as 44%.</p>
<p>5. Rest and rejuvenate. If you want your body to function at a high rate during the day you have to give it what it needs at night. Aim for at least 7 good hours of sleep each night and you will enhance your chances of rapidly quick fat loss.</p>

<p>If you have worked hard to lose Fat, you will want to enjoy your new healthy Fat for the rest of your life. Here are ten tips for achieving lifelong Fat maintenance:</p>
<p>1. Monitor Your Fat<br />
<span id="more-124"></span><br />
Weigh yourself once a week (do not weigh yourself too often it is natural for your Fat to fluctuate daily). Use your bathroom scales, or find a pair of pants that are comfortable at your goal Fat and identify if they get significantly tighter or looser.</p>
<p>It is normal for your Fat to fluctuate by 1-2 kilograms, but if you notice your Fat increasing on two or more consecutive weeks try one (or a combination) of the following three actions:</p>
<p>1) Decrease your calorie intake<br />
2) Increase the duration and / or frequency of your exercise sessions<br />
3) Change any areas of your lifestyle, behaviour or environment that could be hindering your Fat management efforts.</p>
<p>You should set an upper and a lower limit on your Fat (a Dietitian can help you set appropriate limits). If you hit your upper or lower limit, seek professional help from a Dietitian as soon as possible. And do not procrastinate for too long &#8211; it is much easier to reverse a 1-2kg Fat gain than it is to reverse a 5-7kg Fat gain!</p>
<p>2. Monitor Your Eating Patterns</p>
<p>It is important that you maintain a consistent eating pattern for the rest of your life &#8211; do not change it too drastically on weekends or when you go away on holidays.</p>
<p>Documenting what you eat is a great habit. By keeping a food diary you can ensure that you are eating the right amounts of food from each of the five food groups and check that you are eating regularly (that means not skipping any meals).</p>
<p>3. Exercise</p>
<p>Hopefully you engaged in regular exercise while you were losing Fat. To maintain your Fat you need to exercise at a moderate intensity (a rate at which your heart rate is elevated but you can still carry out a conversation) for at least 150 minutes per week (1). A great way to achieve this is to walk for 30 minutes on five days of every week. For the fitter members of the audience, you can try vigorous cardiovascular exercise such as jogging for 20 minutes a day on three days of every week.</p>
<p>If you want to change the shape of your body or strengthen your muscles, try resistance training. Resistance training is performing exercise against an opposing force such as water, free Fats, Fat machines, a theraband, a fit ball or even your own body Fat. Resistance training offers many benefits: it increases the proportion of lean body tissue (muscle) in your body contributing to a higher metabolic rate. Plus it improves your posture, flexibility and strength. If you are interested in starting a resistance training program, it is best to have a program designed by an Exercise Physiologist or a personal trainer.</p>
<p>4. Continue to Set Goals</p>
<p>The goal of Fat loss is change, whereas the goal of Fat maintenance is no change. It can be harder to eat well and exercise when you do not see results for the effort you are putting in. To account for this, try setting other life goals that are better enjoyed at a lower Fat (e.g. joining a community fun walk or going travelling).</p>
<p>5. Reward Yourself</p>
<p>When you were losing Fat you were probably enjoying the associated rewards the complements from other people, the excitement of fitting into smaller clothes and the joy of jumping onto the scales and seeing a smaller number. So you will need a new set of rewards for maintaining your Fat. Perhaps you can treat yourself to a massage, buy a book or have a manicure of pedicure at the end of every month. Continue these rewards for at least the first few years after Fat loss.</p>
<p>6. Enlist Support</p>
<p>While you were losing Fat you probably received encouragement from family, friends and health professionals. Fat maintenance can be just as difficult as Fat loss at times &#8211; and it can be a more isolated process. But it does not have to be that way. Tell the important people in your life that maintaining your healthy Fat is important to you, and that you would like their support and encouragement for the long term.</p>
<p>7. Remain Vigilant</p>
<p>It is easy to get complacent when you achieve your Fat loss goal. People sometimes fall into the trap of thinking, &#8220;I can have that extra scoop of chocolate ice cream for dessert because I have lost a lot of Fat and I am feeling really good&#8221;. Just because you have lost Fat it does not mean that extra calories do not add up anymore.</p>
<p>It is important to treat yourself from time to time, but it is also important to recognise when extra treats are creeping into your diet too often. You should consume no more than 2-3 treats per week, and whenever you consume a treat limit yourself to a 200 Calorie portion.</p>

<p>It is hard to manage your Fat when the rest of your life is in chaos. Leave plenty of time for relaxation, sleeping, shopping for healthy foods, preparing healthy meals and exercising.</p>
<p>9. Maintain your Self Esteem</p>
<p>Maintain a healthy level of self esteem &#8211; do not link how you feel about yourself to your Fat. Be happy with you Fat and proud of the Fat loss that you have achieved.</p>
<p>10. Do Not Use Food to Stabilise Your Moods</p>
<p>If you are feeling stressed or upset, find a non-food related way of calming yourself &#8211; go for a walk, take a bath or call a friend.</p>
