<p>Losing Fat and feeling great is something that a lot of people only dream about. The reason why is because they decide not to follow after their dreams and give up halfway. Why do people give up halfway? There are a lot of reasons as to why they don&#8217;t make it through the process. I&#8217;ll give you two reasons why many don&#8217;t make it through.<br />

The main reason why people are not able to lose Fat is because they make a goal that is so hard to reach that even the most determined person on the earth could not do it. Come on, stop and think about it. Most people think that they can lose 50 pounds in one week, or either lose 30 pounds in two weeks. It is very easy to fall into this way of thinking. Today you have so many diet pills and other things that tell you that you can lose 20 pounds or more in just a few days. This is wrong and very unhealthy for you. Why would they claim it on their bottles and television if you couldn&#8217;t do it?</p>
<p>The reason would be for the money and so they could get another sale. When you make goals like that chances are you might give up before the second day because you know deep down that you can not do it. Make goals that you can reach and if you can&#8217;t then try and change it back to another goal that you can do. A reasonable goal might be to lose 5 pounds in two weeks. I know that does not sound like much but when you are first trying to lose Fat it is going to be tough and you know that is a goal that you should be able to make if you put your heart into it.</p>
<p>The second reason people stop trying is because of their attitude. After the second or third day they start thinking to themselves that they can&#8217;t do it. If you are thinking that then change it. Learn to think in such a way that you get excited about losing Fat. When you are not feeling excited and pumped up with losing Fat then you won&#8217;t make your goal. You are doing your body a favor with losing Fat and that is all the more reason why you should be rejoicing. Find some music that is really upbeat and happy. Listen to it while working out and wake up knowing that today is a brand new day and you&#8217;ll be able to lose that five pounds because your health depends on it.</p>

<p>Over 50% of people in first world countries are considered obese. This means there are a lot of people looking to lose Fat, and fast. A majority of these people seem to struggle and fail. So, I&#8217;d like to share with you what has worked for me and for countless others.<br />
<span id="more-2372"></span><br />
First, you need to eat less calories than you burn in a day. This is called a caloric deficit. Generally, you can find how many calories you should consume in a day by completing the following calculation; take your body Fat and multiply this number by 10, and then subtract 200. If you stick to this level (or slightly below this level) of calories per day, you will be setting the foundation for your quick way to lose Fat. But, to make Fat loss quick, you must incorporate additional techniques.</p>
<p>One way to increase your caloric deficit, without having to sacrifice more food, is exercise. People debate endlessly about the types of exercise best for fat loss. From my personal experience, Fatlifting has proven to be superior to cardiovascular exercise. But, in the end, all exercise helps burn calories and speed up metabolism. The more intense the exercise, the more calories you will burn. In addition, it&#8217;s better to find a type of exercise you find fun because you will be more likely to stick with it.</p>
<p>The best and most overlooked method, one that I have personally used, is called intermittent fasting. This is the most important technique that myself and others have used with great results. To put it simply, intermittent fasting is a flexible fasting (not eating) technique. You choose your time frame for fasting. Some choose to alternate days; one day you eat as you normally would, and the next you would fast. This can be difficult for some, and I am one of these people. Most people, myself included, pick a four or eight hour window, during which you consume your daily calorie amount but then fast for the remainder of the day. Many have achieved great success using this type of fasting technique.</p>
<p>How and why does intermittent fasting work?</p>
<p>When you begin to fast, your body continues to digest the last meal you ate. When it finishes it still needs calories to function. So, the body then begins to use stored fat for its caloric needs. If you continue to eat and snack throughout the day, the body will use the calories you are constantly consuming and ignore your bodies fat reserves. This is the mechanism by which people lose Fat via intermittent fasting.</p>

At the end of a day you have no idea which one to chose. But that&#8217;s not the reason most people fail at all. Most programs work and it&#8217;s only people who fail to fallow the regime from a start to the end. The main problem people have is to stick to the plan and here comes the issue of goal setting.<br />

Many people don&#8217;t set any goals at all. They have a brief idea what they want to achieve and that&#8217;s it. No plan, no time frame&#8230; nothing. Firstly, I want to ask you if you have some experience? No matter what is your answer, I am sure you think that losing Fat is a very hard process. That is why I am writing this article. But stop talking about me. Lets talk about you, lets read more carefully our guide. In the article summary I wrote about the TOP3 ways to lose Fat- diet, GYM and pills. Lets think about the pros and cons of every of this way.</p>
<p>To lose Fat with a diet you need to read a lot of books or at least some reviews that really can help you. For example, lets take a look at a very simple diet that can help you lose Fat healthy:</p>

    * Lunch- a banana and a yogurt<br />
    * Dinner- rice or a simple salad</p>
<p>Of course this can help you. This is my favourite diet and I recommend it to every person that has some extra pounds. But often, when I try it, I am feeling hungry and this is normal. So I began going to the gym. First time, I was completely exhausted. After two hours exercises, it was hard for me to go back at home. So after that, I asked myself &#8220;Is this really necessary?&#8221; For example, the diet above was told to me by my aunt. Furthermore, the GYM hint was given by a friend at school. Yes, but after I tried these ways, I was fully disappointed. I thought nobody can help me. Maybe you are now in the exact situation! I recommend to use our diet or to try the method with the GYM.</p>
<p>To sum up, you need to choose wisely how to lose Fat, but not only to lose Fat you have to do this healthy. This is very important too. A diet, a GYM or Pills- everything depends on you. Thank you for reading our article.</p>

<p>According to the information in The Gabriel Method, health departments only consider exercise for its calorie burning qualities. What they cannot effectively explain is why two people could be eating approximately the same amount, doing the exact same workout program and getting entirely different results. Why do some people just seem to burn more calories than others?<span id="more-2272"></span></p>
<p>According to Jon Gabriel, your body will not burn fat effectively while you are in fat storage mode (i.e. while your FAT Switch is on). An overFat body is generally very sedentary in this mode, because it is in the process of storing fat, not burning it. The key is to effectively communicate to your body that your are not safe if your body is storing fat. There are many health problems linked to obesity; but where your rational mind knows it, it is your animal/primitive mind that controls your FAT Switch.</p>
<p>One of the things that The Gabriel Method challenges us to do is not to exercise longer; but to exercise smarter&#8221;. You do not have to kill yourself to lose Fat exercising. It happens all too often that many overFat people start an intense exercise program in order to burn their excess fat only to find that it takes all of their will power just to keep it up and eventually end up throwing in the towel.</p>
<p>&#8220;Work with your body and not against it&#8221; is a message that Jon Gabriel wants to make clear to anyone who wants to lose Fat. The following technique can be applied to almost any exercise routine, but try this simple, but effective, exercise the next time you take a 20-30 minute walk:</p>
<p>The Imaginary Predator</p>
<p>   1. Start walking normally.<br />
   2. About five or ten minutes into the walk, imagine someone, or something (a bear, for example), is behind you that wants to eat you alive if you do not hurry up.<br />
   3. Start walking faster or even a slight run for about 30 seconds, while vividly imagining this threatening creature behind you.<br />
   4. Then imagine suddenly that you are safe and continue walking like you did at the beginning.<br />
   5. Repeat this process about three or four times during your walk.</p>
<p>The fear of being eaten activates one of the most powerful mechanisms in our bodies that makes it clear that we need to be thin in order to outrun predators. When your body associates the fear of being eaten (through this visualization) with the exercise you are doing, your body will start to eliminate excess fat, because it is interested in keeping you alive and safe. Make this a habit when you do exercise and you will see better results from your usual workout routine.</p>

Just because you have always &#8220;poor mouthed&#8221; your body doesn&#8217;t mean you can&#8217;t change. If you really want to lose Fat, it&#8217;s time to take a cold, hard look in the mirror.<br />

This exercise isn&#8217;t so you can look at your reflection and think, &#8220;Wow, you big, fat pig, you really need to lose some Fat!&#8221; In fact, I find that this &#8220;honesty&#8221; does nothing to serve us. Look in mirror and realize the real cause of your Fat gain&#8230;YOU. Besides, saying &#8220;I&#8217;m fat&#8221; isn&#8217;t being honest; I&#8217;ve heard thin women make this comment. Saying these things is just putting yourself down.  It&#8217;s time to stop feeling sorry for yourself and complaining about how fat you&#8217;ve gotten or how you&#8217;ve let yourself go. </p>
<p>I just told you that your thoughts become your words and your words become your actions. So if you think you&#8217;re fat, ugly, overFat, pudgy, whatever, you will begin speaking these thoughts (making your mind believe it as a &#8220;truth&#8221; and cause others to believe this of you), and you will eventually do things that cause you to become or stay this way.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s an exercise to get you out of this mentality (believe me, I used to be there and it&#8217;s no picnic) and into a thinner, healthier body; one you can be proud of and confident in.</p>
<p>Step 1: Get out a sheet of paper and make a list of ALL the things you think about your body &#8211; and BE HONEST!  Write these things on the left side of the paper. (Example: 1. My thighs are too big, 2. I&#8217;m a huge, fat pig&#8230;we&#8217;ve all said this one)</p>
<p>Step 2: Twist around your comment and make it something positive. Write this positive statement on the right side of the paper, on the same line as the comment. I know this may be a big step for some of you, but do it, and do it for every comment you write. (Example: 1. My thighs are perfect AND beautiful, 2. I&#8217;m healthy, fit and am in control of my body)</p>
<p>Step 3: Fold your sheet of paper in half, so that only the positive column is showing. Read off each positive statement ONLY, in a row, every morning before work or every night before you go to sleep. Do this for at least 21 days.</p>
<p>This may sound ridiculous. I don&#8217;t care. It works, and if you&#8217;re not willing to try it, don&#8217;t bother trying anything else to lose Fat. If you are negative about your body and you try other Fat loss methods, you will eventually self-sabotage, and your whole life will be spent losing Fat and gaining it back. I promise, I was there once.</p>
<p>Also, saying positive (twisted-around) statements will sound like you&#8217;re lying to yourself, but the truth is that the negative statements you say are actually a lie you&#8217;ve taught your mind to believe. Don&#8217;t feel foolish saying the positive stuff, when you start making it a habit, you will see subtle but serious changes in your behavior (and on the scale!).</p>

The Body Mass Index is a measure of an individuals body fat versus their lean muscle mass. The BMI figures you achieve can be used as a method of predicting health outcomes.</p>

<p>If you are contemplating a lose Fat fast diet which promises that you&#8217;ll lose 30 pounds in 30 days or the like, please avoid it. Aiming for 1-2 pounds per week is around the ballpark you should be aiming for.</p>
