<p>A typical McDonald&#8217;s meal, burger, fries, and soda, come to an astounding 1,100 calories. That is nearly a total day&#8217;s allotment of calories for the typical 140 pounds women trying to lose Fat. Choosing the right type of food is imperative to achieving your goal of Fat loss.<br />

The first step is to avoid eating out whenever possible. Learning to plan your meals ahead of time at home will go a long way in fueling your body with the correct type of food but also will reduce the burden on your wallet. <p>If you are having trouble losing body fat despite eating right it is often prudent to examine your adrenal function, hormone levels and the balance of the steroid hormone pathway. This can reveal information about how your body is functioning internally and give possible clues as to why your body will not lose body fat despite your efforts.<br />

The steroid hormonal pathway</p>
<p>The steroid hormonal pathway refers to how the body creates and synthesizes hormones. The hormone system is derived from the oxygen cycle which produces Acetyl Co-A. From this the hormone Pregnenolone is produced which should go on to produce DHEA which then further supports the creation of other hormones.</p>
<p>During periods of stress the Pregnenlone is diverted to cause the production of Cortisol (produced in the Adrenals). This is a normal response to a stress situation. If the stress is prolonged the continual production of Cortisol is called Pregnenolone steal. When the body is subjected to stress for an extended period of time this Pregnenolone steal pathway can become the normal pathway for the body&#8217;s hormone system. The results is a malfunctioning at hormone level which will fatigue the Adrenals as a result of continual stimulation.</p>
<p>What causes stress within the body?</p>
<p>Stress is a term which refers to a demand being placed upon the body. In regards to hormones we are concerned with what sources are acting as a stressor upon the body which could cause pregnenolone steal to occur. Stress can be viewed as either an internal or external stress.</p>
<p>External stressors can come from mental and emotional sources, e.g. fear, excitement, worry, anxiety, lack of purpose in life. External stress also comes from physical injuries and behaviours e.g. fractures, muscle injuries, nerve compression, excessive exercise.</p>
<p>Internal stressors include parasites, bacteria, fungi and viruses within the body. Other internal stressors include pesticides, herbicides, chemicals, metals, malfunction, mal-digestion, mal-absorption, wrong foods, blood sugar problems, alcohol and drugs (both medical and recreational).</p>
<p>Adrenal and hormone profile testing</p>
<p>The adrenal function test takes four saliva samples at different points during the day. These are analysed to give the total cortisol readings for the day, the cortisol readings at different points of the day and your DHEA levels. From this it can be seen if your body is under stress and how strong your adrenal glands appear. The test also shows levels of Testosterone, Oestrogen, Progesterone and Melatonin.</p>
<p>Excessive stimulation of the adrenals (from prolonged stress) can lead to Adrenal fatigue. If the adrenals are in a state of fatigue then the source of the stress needs to be identified to reduce the pressure on the body. The hormonal pathway may have also altered due to the excessive time spent battling the stressors.</p>
<p>If you body is in a state of adrenal fatigue and / or your hormonal balance has been upset then losing fat can become difficult. This may mean your body does not get results however well you eat or you can only maintain results by being 100% strict.</p>

<p>Fat training is often the focus of those who want to increase strength and provide definition of muscles in targeted areas of the body. While cardio exercise is also important to health, Fat training is the winning strategy for changing your appearance.<br />

Muscle tone is especially important when you are dieting. It&#8217;s not enough to simply lose the ring of fat around your middle. You want to replace that belly fat with strong, toned muscles. A good Fat loss supplement that targets abdominal fat is the best choice.</p>
<p>Health advantages to Fat training go far beyond muscle tone. The exercises help boost your metabolic rate and increase your endurance during physical activities. They also strengthen bones and help prevent injury.</p>
<p>Training with Fats also improves your balance and coordination. It makes sense that stronger muscles would center your body for balance and allow controlled movement that is streamlined and more graceful.</p>
<p>To begin Fat training, use a Fat that will allow you to complete the repetitions necessary but will be difficult to lift for the last part of the training routine. Within just a few days you will notice your body becoming stronger and more resilient. My preferred series of repetition during sets follows 1of 3 patterns</p>
<p>1. Maintenance and strengthening (10,10, 8,5,3). This pattern is great for maintaining and improving muscle tone. The first set is a warm up, while the last should be close to your maximum lift. Also, the 8 and the 5 should certainly be difficult, but you should be able to get through them without a problem.</p>
<p>2. Muscle increase (10,5,3,8,10). These sets are great for really straining your muscles, tearing individual sarcomeres (muscle cells), thus stimulating hyperplasia and hypertrophy. Remember, proper diet and sufficient proteins are of paramount importance in increasing muscle mass. The First set is a warm up, but the second &#8220;5&#8243; should be seriously heavy Fat for you. The &#8220;3&#8242; should be your &#8220;max&#8221;. Make sure to have a spotter to get the best benefit from these sets. The last two sets are designed to &#8220;burn out&#8221; the muscles and build muscle unit endurance. This should be Fat that you would normally do earlier in a conventional maintenance set.</p>
<p>When the Fats become easy to lift, it&#8217;s time to change the exercise routine. You may do this by adding more Fat, adding more repetitions or changing to a different body position. For those new to Fat training, the initial Fat might be used for the first month and more Fat added the second month. During the third month you may choose to use a different type of resistance or increase repetitions.</p>
<p>When adding more Fat you need just enough to balance the increased strength you built with the previous Fat limit. If you must swing a Fat to accomplish the reps, it&#8217;s too heavy. The goal is to use your limit of strength to accomplish the repetitions necessary with nothing left over.</p>
<p>The changes made to Fat training routines are based on your goals for the exercise. Adding more and more Fat will lead to stronger (and larger) muscles but bulk may not be your goal.</p>
<p>Adding more repetitions to your exercise without more Fat will strengthen muscles without bulking up. For the most effective Fat loss it&#8217;s best to vary the routine by adding more Fat for some exercises and more reps for others.</p>
<p>Fat training should not be rushed. The days when you rest your body are important in reaching your goals. If you choose to work out several days in a row, target a different group of muscles each day to allow previously worked muscle groups to recover and change. The results from Fat training are due to taxing a muscle group and then allowing time for rest before stressing those same muscles again.</p>
<p>A warm up period is required before beginning your exercise routine as warm muscles are more flexible and less likely to be injured. A simple cardio exercise and a few light repetitions is enough to prepare for your exercise session</p>
<p>The warm up also prepares you mentally for the training to come. Focus on posture, don&#8217;t hold your breath and focus on slow controlled body movements using the range of motion necessary for the exercise.</p>
<p>Combined with a healthy diet and good Fat loss supplement, Fat training will transform your body. While your muscles gain strength and become sleek and defined your self-confidence makes a giant leap as you see and feel the results of your efforts.</p>

<p>Losing Fat is a common issue for about 50% of the adult population. We all know the right attitude has a major play in constant and effective Fat loss. Often most people will get pumped up at some event, such as the beginning of the New Year; but fail to maintain that motivation for even the first few weeks.<br />

The reason for this is poorly set goals. Now, don&#8217;t get me wrong, because you must always have a goal for everything in life. But they should be realistically planned. If you need to lose 48lbs in the next 6 months, the logical approach is to divide 48 by 24, thus have a fixed goal of losing 2lbs per week.</p>
<p>Most Fat loss programs suggest that you set evenly distributed Fat loss goals. However, in practice this approach leads to frustration and disappointment. What I mean by evenly distributed goals is a fixed target of Fat loss in a given time period. An example would be a goal of losing 2lbs every week for the next 24 weeks. Such a goal is very hard to attain because you will rarely have the motivation to even start it.</p>
<p>So how do you overcome this issue? Start at your most comfortable level. Draw a chart of an exponentially increasing line of Fat loss to reach your goal. For example, start by losing 0.5lbs per week. After 2 weeks you will have the motivation and knowledge to increase that to 2lbs, then 4lbs. This approach is the healthiest for your body and is the least stressful. It will lead to a complete change in your life style, and your struggle of constant fight will come to an end.</p>

<p>From the get-go, here&#8217;s the bottom line &#8211; if you are losing Fat by any other means other than an all natural Fat loss approach, you are potentially placing your body and its vital organs at risk of distress and destruction.<span id="more-2296"></span></p>
<p>I will scream it from the mountaintops of the world! To lose Fat naturally is the best way to go! In my opinion, many of the so called Fat loss companies are legalized drug dealers! The pills, potions and pre-package meal plans that they push on overFat consumers are many times laced with dangerous and potentially physically debilitating substances!</p>
<p>Pills, potions and pre-package meals are many times full of ingredients that none of those companies would give to their own family members. Yet, they will without conscious give it to you in the disguise of a pill or a yummy liquid diet drink and say, &#8220;it&#8217;s okay, drink-up sucka!&#8221; Most of that garbage that they market to you has a shelf life older than dirt itself! Have you asked what is in a product that can make it last so long without going stale?</p>
<p>Whether it is pills, potions (liquids diets) and pre-packaged Fat loss meals, they often times put untested harmful chemicals that unnaturally stimulate your metabolism. These chemicals have risk associated them, that in the end can destabilize the normal physiologic functions of your body. People, I am here to tell you that these some of chemical additives are toxic and harmful.</p>
<p>Many of them are uncertified ingredients that have escaped the FDA purview&#8230; for now. You see, with a little patience and staying consistent all natural Fat loss methods can work for you just as well. In fact, utilizing methods that cause you to lose Fat naturally and safely can lead to a more healthy Fat loss.</p>
<p>All natural Fat loss is not magical, but at times, it seems as though it is by the outstanding results of pounds being lost that many get when they lose Fat naturally.</p>
<p>Look at it this way, if you have little children, I guarantee you that you would not feed your kids those poisonous and often times noxious deadly substances in that stuff that the Fat loss companies are pushing on you.</p>
<p>If I can make a plea to you it would go some thing like this:</p>
<p>1. Stop swallowing those Diet Pills</p>
<p>2. Stop guzzling down the Liquid Diet Drinks</p>
<p>3. Stop woofing down those Pre-package Meal Plans</p>
<p>If you like your liver, kidneys, heart and brain then it would be a pretty good idea to back off of those quick, flash-in-the-pan potentially &#8220;suddenly-dead&#8221; type of products! Or if you can get by without any of those vitals organs then feel free to ignore this message.</p>
<p>With all natural Fat loss, it is not glamorous and the movie stars are not clamoring all over it, but it works in a huge way and you don&#8217;t have to sacrifice a liver of kidney in the process! If you are attempting to lose Fat, then it is strongly recommends going with a safe, healthy all natural Fat loss approach.</p>
