Therefore, it is wrong to say that you want to lose Fat because you cannot afford to lose muscles and body fluids that are essential to your health. What you should say is you want to lose fats.

If starvation is your diet plan; you certainly have a wrong notion of dieting. Starving yourself to lose fats can pose several threats to your health. You can acquire several diseases to the stomach if you do this. Plus, if you starve yourself, you may just overeat the next time you interact with food. Diet is about eating healthy; it is about choosing low-calorie foods, fruits and vegetables instead of high-fat and high-calorie foods. Another wrong way to lose Fat is to think that you need strenuous exercise to burn more calories than you consumed. Exercise is not about ripping your muscles till they hurt; it is about being more active. If you do not choose the correct ways to diet and exercise, you may just fail in your plan to lose extra pounds.
