Thinking Your Fat Loss Days Are Gone Forever? Think Again

diet fat loss tips

Sue, 46, thought her Fat loss days ended in her 30s. Today, she’s 48, overFat, and convinced there is nothing she can do to regain her old shape.

Liz, 55, underwent foot surgery. The reason: she’s 150 pounds too heavy. Her limbs could not support the strain and so one day, while making a trip to her desk for her stapler, her left foot simply gave out.

If you’re past your 20s or 30s, overFat, and desperately need to lose the extra pounds for health or personal reasons, know that you can. Your Fat loss days are not behind you. Most women believe this, but it’s not true. Sure, a woman’s metabolism works much slower once she’s in her 30s or older but this does not mean her Fat loss days are over.

Here’s the thing: the female body is designed to build more muscles during the period when her metabolism is slowing. So, while she does not actually go back to her old figure, she will nonetheless lose Fat. Lean muscles will replace fat, and she will look slimmer.

Going back to Liz and Sue, there’s no reason whatsoever for both women to think they can’t lose Fat. They can, and so can you. There are so many ways to do it. You can do it the old-fashioned but tried and tested way of eating fewer calories than you burn and exercising as regularly as you can. You can try a safe appetite suppressant from a manufacturer with a good track record. You can try calorie burners or metabolic boosters as well.

There are so many ways to help you burn calories. Keep in mind, though, that where fitness is concerned, nothing will ever replace the good old combination of good nutrition, adequate exercise, and good habits.
