For some people wake up lazy habits for an issue that is considered trivial. In fact, according to a recent study, up in the morning affects your physical and psychological condition. Wake up early morning to make slimmer, healthier life, and happy. Really?

As reported by The Telegraph, the researchers say someone who got up early tend to be healthier, happier and more slender than those who get up day. Those who are accustomed to sleeping late was more easily stressed and cause obesity.

The invention is based on a survey given to 1068 adults with a variety of questions about their level of happiness, anxiety, physical health and their diet and sleep.

The result, people who get up and start the morning activities, on average at 6:58 o’clock in the morning, feeling happier in the running activity. While those who get up day (at 8:54 am) tend not to get too excited. But on a holiday, these two groups respectively increase their sleep time to be more an hour.
