Another factor is allergies. When we develop intolerance to food sometimes, our body retains fluids to protect us which then results to Fat gain.
Sugar imbalance in our blood has also one of the reasons to cause Fat loss difficulty. Improvements in mood, energy levels, concentration and food cravings elimination have been noted after resolving blood sugar imbalance.

Making the right choices in your daily food intake is the key factor in Fat management. The nutrients in fresh or raw vegetables and fruits support the thyroid gland and maintain healthy metabolic rate. The fibre that they contain helps to remove excess fats from the body.

Essential fatty acids in oily fish, olive oil, nuts and seeds are vital for healthy Fat management. The fatty acids remove cellulite and fats from our body.

Create a daily diet that combines some protein with carbohydrate at each meal. This will maintain blood-sugar levels and prevent food cravings. Top it up with regular exercise or even a daily walk to your work. Make a commitment to yourself to achieve a healthy new you.
